[PerlChina] Re: Using CPAN problem on cygwin

Thank you anyway.
I have read the articles you mentioned above, and that's just a temp
method to fix this prolem
such as, install the package to other places or using sudo make

i'm just confused why there are such unknown problem when using CPAN
on cygwin, specially for newbie.
