[PerlChina] Re: Using CPAN problem on cygwin

the problem is that I actually have write permissions
for example:
chenran@rchen23 /opt/msscaf
$ touch /usr/bin/hello_all

chenran@rchen23 /opt/msscaf
$ echo $?
0
