[PerlChina] should we change our mailing list?

It seems like many people can't reach this mailing list. so I'm thinking
we can go Google Group instead.

there is already http://groups.google.com/group/perlchina before we
start this group, but I don't know who owns it.
http://groups.google.com/group/china-pm is another choice.

what do u guys think.
